Jackie Eder-Van Hook, MSOD Co-Founder and Executive Vice President
Jackie Eder-Van Hook is executive vice president and co-founder of Transition Management Consulting, Inc. where she serves as an interim executive director, consultant, and executive search consultant working with associations, nonprofits, state and federal government agencies, universities, and for-profit companies. She specializes in supporting organizations to address difficult challenges around creating organizational change, identifying strategic direction, achieving operational improvements, improving board, and board and staff relationships, enhancing government affairs and public policy efforts, performing grassroots outreach, creating industry councils, and supporting and engaging senior executives and volunteer leaders. Jackie holds a Masters degree in Organization Development from American University (AU/NTL), attended the Gestalt International Organization and System Development Program, and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. She is credentialed to offer advanced MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) training, trained coach, and ropes course facilitator. She is a skilled trainer and facilitator. Jackie is a well-respected speaker and writer on topics ranging from transitions, personal and professional development, healthcare, the use of technology, medical simulation, telehealth/telemedicine, home care, and public policy. Jackie is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, Academy of Management, World Future Society, NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science, Board Source, and Women in Government Relations.
