Interim Executive Services

Transition Management Consulting's interim executive services typically include:

Providing professional interim management to maintain operations and provide experienced staff leadership;

Assessing operations, including financial management, membership, office operations, governance, etc;

Recommending actions to the Board on ways to improve operations and implementing changes when appropriate;

Supporting the Board and staff in managing the human side of the change during the executive transition;

Supporting or conducting the executive search process to help the Board find a new executive director with the desired qualifications and characteristics;

Compiling detailed information about the organization that the new executive will need to begin the job smoothly and successfully; and

Working with the Board and the new executive to effect a smooth, seamless transition and establish clear performance expectations.
