Prior to co-founding TMC, Jackie lead a number of international health care technology associations, including the Advanced Initiatives in Medical Simulation, Center for Telehealth and E-Health Law, Home Care Technology Association of America, a subsidiary of the National Association for Home Care, and Consumer Health Access Through Technology, a coalition led by Intel Corporation.
In addition to her work with associations, Jackie has consulted to for-profit companies, state and federal governments, and universities worldwide.
Secretary Donna Shalala, US Department of Health and Human Services, and John Eisenberg, MD, Administrator, Agency for Health Care Policy and Research honored Jackie for her outstanding work in management innovation leading a multi-year effort to improve employee performance, outcomes, and satisfaction. This resulted in an increase in overall employee satisfaction from last (10th place) to 1st place across a department of 44,000 employees.
In 2001, the US Office of Personnel Management honored Jackie and her team with the Outstanding Alternative Dispute Resolution award. Jackie led a team that designed and implemented a federal Omsbud program combining conflict resolution, systems thinking, and organization development.
Jackie earned a Masters degree in Organization Development (MSOD) from American University (AU/NTL), a Masters degree in Human and Organization Systems from Fielding University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Diego State University. She has attended advanced programs on organizational and individual change at the Gestalt International Organization and System Development Program, Newfield Network Coaching Certification Program, NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Systems, AK Rice Institute, Power & Systems, and Fielding Graduate University.
Jackie is credentialed to administer MBTI II, the advanced form of Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessment, a trained coach, and ropes course facilitator. In addition, she is a well-respected speaker and writer with over 40 published articles.
