TMC was founded in 2000 by Robert Van Hook, CAE and Jackie Eder-Van Hook, MSOD as a way to merge superior skills in association management and operations with a deep understanding of human and organizational dynamics.
Transition Management Consulting (TMC) provides just in time, customized services to meet imminent or urgent needs for executive-level management for associations and nonprofits in transition by providing:

Our interim executive management engagements are triggered by the departure of an executive, a challenging period of change and transition for the organization.
